Monthly Unity Moves

Calling all Black dads and families in Germany! Join us for an exciting 60-minute outdoor workout that’s fun for all ages and fitness levels. This is more than just a fitness class—it’s an opportunity to come together as a community, connect with each other, and promote health and unity for our families.

Set in the beautiful parks of Berlin, this workout requires no equipment—just your energy, a towel, a yoga/sports mat, and a water bottle. Bring the whole family, and let’s move, laugh, and grow stronger together!

No worries about the weather—if it’s not on our side, we’ll move the fun indoors, so you can stay active rain or shine.

Come for the workout, stay for the community. Let’s celebrate our health, bond as fathers and families, and enjoy moving in unity!

Who can join ? Kids age 5 and beyobnd. 

NB: This event is only open to Family with/of Black Children and children of color.
